The City of Maple Grove has the ability to preempt Northwest Community Television's signal with its own billboarding information, meeting replays or live meeting coverage.
Live city programming can be seen only in the city from which it originates, in this case, Maple Grove. Replay availability is dependent on your city's preempt option.
