Live and/or taped replays of various city meetings, electronic billboarding of municipal information, and other programming from Crystal appears on Government Access Channel 16.
The City of Crystal has the ability to preempt Northwest Community Television's signal with its own billboarding information, meeting replays or live meeting coverage.
Live city programming can be seen only in the city from which it originates, in this case, Crystal. Replay availability is dependent on your city's preempt option.
