Community Access Manager
Barb has been with NWCT, in all its incarnations, since 1984. A lot has changed since the early days, but this has not—Barb is a people person! She loves answering questions and solving problems (which is good because there's a lot of questions and problems)—she's the reference librarian of public access! Barb usually works days learning all sorts of things from the volunteer producers and their shows. The most exciting sight for Barb? When a volunteer's face lights up with an "I get it!"

Studio Manager
Since her arrival at NWCT in 1987, Tamisha has worn a variety of hats, usually simultaneously! She's the yin to Barb's yang, the introvert amongst the extroverts, the detail person amid the big picture visionaries. Tamisha's areas of expertise lie in the creative and organizational—set design, desktop publishing, and web design. What motivates her? Being able to help volunteers learn a new skill, find their voice and power, "birth" a show, make a dream come true . . .

Studio Manager
Nikki came on board November 2004. She obtained her degree in Television Production from Brown College. She's currently working on getting two cooking shows off the ground (a future Food Network producer?) and plans on getting more productions underway. Very much a people person, Nikki loves helping out anyone.
